Local produce
We try to use locally sourced produce wherever possible, using some of the best suppliers of organic food in East and West Sussex. By keeping our food miles low, we hope to contribute towards a better future for our environment whilst supporting other local businesses. Our beef comes from Colbrans Farm in Laughton, one of the very best meat suppliers in Sussex. Our lamb comes from Hilltops Farm in Blackboys and our pork products are supplied by Blackberry Farm in Cowbeech.
Our fruit and vegetables are provided by our good friends at Bill's in Lewes.
